Mrs. S.L.Gupta is an eminent educationist with 27 years of experience. Her last assignment was as Principal, Ramjas Public School, Delhi and presently she is Principal of Khaitan Public School, Noida. She has pursued M.A, B.Ed from Delhi University and has done a course in Clinical Psychology. She is a visionary and has constantly supported the cause of quality education in India. She is a widely travelled person and has undertaken a comparative study of school education in U.K and India. She has been actively associated with NCERT, CBSE and NPSC in areas of curriculum framework and evaluation and grading system.
As an educationist she is a role model and has set an example of excellence in academics, effectiveness in pedagogy, soundness in discipline and harmony in inter personal relationships. She believes in ensuring that the school atmosphere is vibrant with values, which reflect in school programmes, practice and procedures highlighting the secular and spiritual heritage of India.
She gives importance and impetus to morning assemblies, which should be interactive with tremendous moral influence on students and the staff. Her motto in life is ‘LOVE’ which is an all-comprehensive word and takes into its ambit all possible values. She is a keen environmentalist and has been closely associated with the activities and projects launched by Center for Science and Environment – Delhi
